Muse: what it is and how creators can use it

What Meta's Muse is, why a creator would care, and how to start.

What Muse is

Muse is Meta's personal assistant app. Meta launched it on September 8, 2026, for people 18 and over. Meta's own help page describes it as an agent that can take actions with your direction and connect to other apps and services. It runs inside Meta's apps, so there is nothing new to install for most people.

Why a creator would care

Creators live in Meta's apps already. An agent that works there can help with the unglamorous parts of the job: writing caption options, pulling together a posting plan for the week, summarizing a long brand brief into the three things that matter, and keeping track of small tasks you would otherwise hold in your head.

It is not a replacement for the work itself. The video still has to be good, the hook still has to land in the first seconds, and the judgment about what fits your audience is still yours.

How to start

Muse is rolling out gradually, so not every account has it yet. The official page is Meta’s Muse page, which has the current availability and setup steps. We keep a shorter plain-language version on our own Muse page.

Our Muse referral code is CJT8TA. The steps to use it are on our Muse page.
